    • Marca [sic] Elinor [sic] (Hannah) [sic] Moore was born at New Hope, Brown County, Ohio, May 13, 1845, died July 20, 1900, aged 55 years, 2 months and 7 days. She was married to C. W. Moore at Higginsport, January 22, 1867. To th's union was born eight children, six of whom are living. Early in life she united with the M. E. church at Dover, Ky. In the year of 1866, she united with the Christian church and remained a faithful member to the end. Sister Moore was highly respected by all who knew her. Her life was a benediction and the end was peaceful. She fell asleep in Jesus. Her funeral took place at their home near Rome, conducted by Rev. C. C. Lawill and was largely attended.
